Riven windslash misses when an enemy champion dashes at her

If an enemy champion dashes into riven at the exact second she uses wind slash, riven's wind slash will not hit. I've encountered this multiple times against Irelia and Poppy. I also noticed this a few times while playing graves, same thing - his ult will miss if an enemy dashes into him at the exact moment he uses his ult.
