Riven 3rd Q bug (NOT SOUND BUG)

At 2:00 in the replay above, I (Riven) tower dove Annie at level 1. I needed one more auto + Q to kill her, but on my third Q, which I hovered over her, I just leapt in place. She literally walked out of my Q.

And it's not a misclick, because if I had missed her character with my mouse my Q would have gone forward, but in this case I just landed in the exact same spot that I jumped from. The only time you Q in place is if you're Q'ing right next to an enemy that you are also hovering your cursor over. However in this case my Q should have jumped toward Annie, instead of bugging out and doing some stationary backflip.

I've only noticed this bug since 6.19, and it's happened in at least 2 of my games today. Pretty gamebreaking bug for riven players.
