[LoL Client] There should be notification of upcoming server down for patching on the client

Hello Riot,

You should have big warning notices in the client in advance of server down for patchinp. It serves no purpose to have a notification in the Server Status webpage since nobody goes there until they have already had the problem of being disconnected.

There's a Notification area in the client already and you can have the Red Exclamation Mark there so people see it. Better yet, have a red message on the client, plainly visible without having to click on Exclamation mark. I have seen some notices on the Client a few minutes before server down, but they are too late since people are already in game and they are going to be disconnected 20-30 minutes into a game.

You should add the same message to the client notifications at the same time you add it on the webpage, hours in advance.
