Morgana Black Shield and Zoe Sleep interaction

The updated Morgana seems to have a buggy interaction with Zoe's sleepy trouble bubble. I remember it was intended that the shield would only prevent the sleep CC if it was cast before that ability landed, however after the update, Morgana is able to cast the blackshield after the ability has hit and is sometimes able to prevent the sleep from triggering. I say it's a bug because it's only happened in that one game (consistently albeit), and in every other game the sleep has activated.

Not to “lawyer” the ability description, but Black Shield prevents cc’s while it holds - irrespective of when the cc occurs during the duration of shield. Given that Zoe’s sleep does not trigger instantaneously, black shield works as intended, based on the ability description, if it, the shield, is not broken before the sleep condition actual triggers. (In other words, it does not work like Sivir’s Spell Shield, which blocks abilities in their entirety. Although, can anyone confirm whether spell shield blocks sleep if Sivir has already been hit by Sleepy Bubble?)

Already sent it to riot as a bug. Support already told me that this is not right behavior, now i sent them exact game with momment, when it happened. I hope they will solve it soon

I think it's because they made the slow cleansable before the sleep, and forgot to change Morgana's shield after
