Tarics ult allows his team to not be effected by azirs ult cc

there is a bug that allows the enemy team to not be effect by azir ult at all. i know the damage does happen but the cc of azir ult didnt work either the enemy team litterally talks right through it. earlier in the game azir was able to put them away in tarics ult but that last fight when they were not effect by the push of azirs ult lost us the game. riot please fix. and i know cc effects who ever is in tarics ult, ive done it with alistar and bard and all support champions
