Possible Bard bugs

There are a couple possible bugs with bard that happened with my last game. 1st bards ult didn't stun his adc. Lucian was in camilles ult and pinned to the side that bard ulted. Bards ult stunned Camille but Lucian wasn't stunned considering those 2 were nearly right next to each other. Luc was on the inside edge of bards ult and it did not effect him, but he was inside for sure. 2nd bard landing stuns that shouldn't land. there were a couple issues with this, like bard landing stun on minions that died just before bard used his ability like it hit the ghost of a minion. also bards stun going 180 degrees to hit a wall to stun from which I remember is not suppose to happen.
