[CLIENT]? Finished game never existed

Played a match a little over 12 hours ago (so before all of the server matters today) and the game doesn't appear in my match history. It was a victory, the post-game screen failed to load after waiting about 5 minutes, didn't get my daily win IP despite being eligible, and neither the client match history, this website's match history, nor external sites match history (namely lolking) recorded the match as ever happening.

Haven't played a match since then so I can't say if this is really able to be replicated.
