Champ Select Glitch Terrible

When I go to select my Runes and Masteries my Client greys out and I can't interact with it. This is TERRIBLE since I just went tanky teemo now I'm stuck with teemo runes for Illaoi in champ select and I can't do ANYTHING. Second game in a row

i tried changing summs and it greyed out
