Xin Zhao's 3-Talon strike not appearing to knock up target. (Visual Bug)

I encountered a bug where when hitting a target with 3 Talon Strike on Xin Zhao the target did not appear to be knocked up, however according to teammates, the knock-up was showing for them. I used the attack on Kayle, Caitlyn, various minions and a few jungle monsters. The person would appear to not be able to move, however the indicator that shows the remaining duration of the crowd-control did not show. My teammates claimed to see it when we had tested it on a super minion, however I (as Xin) did not see the knock-up animation.
