Howling Abyss- 200-500ms ping, sounds ripping, and fps drop.

So in the screenshots you can't really see the fps drops or hear the sound ripping but it's there, I promise. You can clearly see the difference Howling Abyss is 259ms and Rift is a solid 50ms ping. I really hope Draven doesn't have anything to do with this.
