Can't Start a Game or Spectate [Client]

So, whenever I start league, I always hop in practice to check my game before going in a real game after one too many accidental ping hell moments. well, when i tried going into a practice game this time, it wouldn't load... or even let me see the loading screen. https://oi1340.photobucket.com/albums/o721/Shadowzamy/Practice%20game%20attempt_zpstnzjmsuk.png is all I see when I try to do a practice game and https://oi1340.photobucket.com/albums/o721/Shadowzamy/Spectate%20Attempt_zpsr46cp93w.png is what I see when i try to spectate. How do I fix this, when will it be fixed, and is anyone else having this issue?

Things I have tried: I've restarted my computer, logged out and back in three times and exited client six times over the last 24 hours. Today I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling, yet issue still occurring. I honestly have no clue what else I could try.

Additional info: I can still go to shop, chat with friends, view my profile and everything else, I just can't play a game. Or, I suppose its more accurate to say I can't do anything that involves the pop up game tab/client.

Edit: It just now occurred to me that I forgot to put the [Client] in the title. I'm not entirely sure it is a client issue or some kind of issue, but I put client cause I thought it was most likely. Anyway, I deleted the old post and re-posted to put it in because I couldn't figure out how to just edit the title. Apologies for that.
