Client randomly Crashes in Champ Select

So I used to never have this problem before, but this has started to happen quite often now. Gets pretty annoying, especially if it happens during my promos. Not only that, but I have to wait 30 mins after I unintentionally dodge. Since It started happening, as far as I know, I haven't added or modified my computer in anyway. It just happens now. Any Idea on whats going on?
