[8.24] Darius R tooltip is bugged, doesn't show max damage.

I don't know has this been done on purpose or what, but Darius R tooltip no longer shows max damage with Noxian Might unless you have it on you. The damage is still the same but for some reason the tooltip doesn't show you maximum damage....

First picture is without Noxian Might, second one is with Noxian Might (how it was before 8.24). I personally don't like this, because in most fights you get Noxian Might and this just makes things weirder before fight.
