[Gameplay] Elementalist Lux missing her Elemental Power meter

Something with the hotfix just now caused Elementalist Lux's element meter to bug out. It isn't showing up until her transformation is ready, then disappears again after transforming.

OMG, I thought I was the only one experiencing this, this occurred to 2 days ago, and it hasn't been there since. I hope it gets fixed. Lux

Just had the same problem. Hopefully it gets fixed next patch :c
