[GAMEPLAY] TT Lord Vann Damn's Pillager 4xTick per second

I recently played a game of Twisted Treeline, and purchased LVD's Pillager. The burn effect was ticking for full damage, but four times per second, on both players and jungle monsters. The damage persisted until I died, at which point it reverted to normal.
