i think a video is better than a picture in this case, it is possible that bot of you loaded late thus missing the 30(?) second windows for the first ban

You can see that a guy in my team is asking what's happening so...

Well I don't think so. I joined the lobby, didn't miss 30 seconds of it, and since both me and ennemy team turned out to ban only two champs, I guess its a bug, nah?
