[Client] Cannot buy champions in shop

I have had this bug for about a week now. I have 5 champions left to purchase (Rek'Sai, Kalista, Braum, Zed & Varus) and nothing happens when I click the 'unlock' button in the store. I have 6,600 ip and have not had this issue before, but it is now a problem with these 5 remaining champions. It works for none of the 5 champions.

I want to buy Varus next, but cannot. Is this a known issue?

If you use Windows, go to Internet Explorer - settings - privacy and scroll the bar to the bottom --> voila

If you use Mac, go to Safari---> preferences ---> privacy ---> allow all cookies --> voila
