[Client] Chat bug?

My chat consistently gets disconnected, and has to reconnect about every 2 minutes. This is very annoying because I cant chat to friends, clubs, or at the end of a game, AND I can not open my friends list. It happens every time at the end of my game and often when I log on. Is there anyway I can fix this? (Just started today)

Additionally, when I am in q in dynamic or ranked I cannot see my profile picture.

I was having this problem for most of the day, and I tried many ways to attempt to fix it but the problem persisted. But after giving up, I left my client open while still logging into chat service and it worked and the chat service connected.

Multiple people are having this issue, so this should be a bug with the client.
