[CLIENT] Hextech Crafting System Not Loading

I click the button in the top right to go to the hextech crafting while it sits in the loading screen for a while, and I proceed to get a bunch of unknown errors. Once I get through them all, it says "Loading failed, please try again later".

Help?

EDIT: I've already restarted the client twice.
