[Gameplay] Dragon's cry is heard map wide even if the team who didn't slay it has no vision of pit

Pretty self-explanatory. When dragon is killed, and the team who did not kill it has no vision of the pit nor an enemy champion, Dragon's cry can still be heard around the map. This is extremely unfair because the team that didn't drag now knows exactly when Dragon will respawn. The team that took dragon is then at a disadvantage for the next one because they will 100% have to contest.

I've been noticing this myself, it doesn't happen all the time but it happens often enough to be consistent.

I don't see why it matters. As long as you have vision on 1 person you can see their dragon buff gaining a stack and then time it. And you'll pretty much always have vision on at least 1 enemy during the laning phase.

its cause they see the enemy get the buff.
