Loading Screen not Appearing

I just got a loss on my promos because the game was remade due to me “leaving” even though the loading screen never showed up :/

Update: I just lost my entire promos after trying to get into another game. I can’t believe this is actually happening. What kind of trash fucking company is this? I can’t believe it. Does riot even read these damn boards? I’ve had this shit happening the past 3 patches yet here we are. I give up. I can’t believe a game I use to get excited play is this deep into a shithole. The client doesn’t even realize I’m not in the fucking loading screen?????? I’m giving the fuck up and staying away from this trash client. Fuck you Riot. Imagine dropping a game not because of the game itself, but the fucking client??? Good riddance. Taking a long ass break from this abomination of a client.
