[CLIENT]Profile View

From time to time I get locked out of clicking the profile button, not allowing runes or masteries to be fixed. Granted, masteries can be fixed in champion select, but being able to rearrange runes in that time frame would be less frustrating. The only way to fix this is restarting LoL which can be tedious after a few times. Also, this affects other profiles, meaning I can't view them on my client.
