Shop bug

I usually spam click items I want to buy, mostly when I am about to get the right amount of money I need. Say, I have 1194 gold and I want to buy Catalyst. After I get to buy it and see it appearing on my item spot, I leave base; and sometimes, the item hasn't been bought, and disappears right after I close the shop. But seems like this doesn't happen in these cases only; I just played a ranked game, where the enemy midlaner experienced this bug (didn't have any items after start, even when he was sure he had bought them). Anyone else? I don't know if this has been reported yet, but I'll just leave this here
