Wrong champ in spectator mode?

I've seen that when you hover your mouse over someone's name, it says that xxx person is playing a champion (twisted fate) When I start spectating the game, the person is not playing the champ previously mentioned (in this case, he's playing fiddlesticks) Is this happening to anyone else?

Omg I literally was about to create one about this. Ya I even took a picture of it. Not only that, spectating a game before the 3 min mark shows a black screen instead of champ select. Most likely because new champ select hasn't been implemented for spectator mode.
