HUGE BUG/HOTFIX NEEDED: Rammus's ulti does not deal damage to Nexus??

If the ulti description dictates that it deals damage to all enemies AND structures, but I am standing next to the nexus with inhibitors down and auto attacking it with my ulti on, how come it is not dealing damage to the nexus? is the nexus not considered a structure anymore?? because that's pretty lame considering it's a huge fkin building...what gives rito? pls fix, it makes rammus a better champion slightly but pls, that isn't fair. How can the nexus not be considered a 'structure' I mean sheen procs work on nexus dont they? Sincerely, A Rammus Player ok?
