[GAMEPLAY] Heartseeker Quinn Recall Bug

When recalling, Quinn will disappear and her seat will swing with nothing in it. Quinn will come down with Valor and fly around with him throughout the remainder of the recall (only Heartseeker Quinn). It happens on every recall with no prior requisites needed.
