Unintended interactions with Blitzcrank E?

So today I have 2 separate instances of Blitzcranks E not interacting with other champions correctly. The first one was during a ranked game where an Evelynn ulted while being knocked into the air by my E. Now from my understanding you shouldn't be able to use Eve's ult like Ekko's (which he can't use if CC'd btw) and just poof out of a knock-up.

The second instance is Blitzcranks E can disrupt Fizz using E. By this I mean if I am already on the pole and he is in auto-attack animation the CC and dmg will still go through regardless of if I was on the Pole or not.

So yeah, not sure if this is intended or not but the second one happened 3 times in an aram.

EDIT 1: Grabbing the clips of the interactions now. Unfortunately I didn't have Plays.tv running when it happened, so I can't just clip it like normal.
