[GAMEPLAY] - "Shut Down" animation keeps blinking on my screen. Screen Shot Attached.

I've never had a bug like this before. Someone in the game died, resulting in the "Shut Down" animation to come onto my screen. However, it appeared on my screen in giant font and began blinking. The font was so big my screen could only see the "DO" of "down" and nothing I could do removed it. I've attached a screen shot of the problem; you'll see the "DO" is blocking a massive amount of visibility.
