Lee Sin Q Bug

Ok so I just got the chroma Lee Sin skin pack and I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but I was playing a game where this happened twice. I would cast out Q at an enemy champ and it would just pass through them and not mark them for the follow up Q. And i know I couldn't have missed them. They also happened to be walking through a bush after I casted Q, But again I know I couldn't have missed. This also has happened when I've aim for raptor camped from over the wall. I'm no expert anything, but i think there might be a bug where lee's Q won't land if he doesn't have vision of said target after it's been cast.

Thought maybe Riot should know and would like to know if anyone else has had this happen to them.
