Can't get to the Login screen after clicking launch?

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It's just so annoying to do it 50 times before I can get to the launch. Is there a fix? Maybe reinstalling?

I have the same issue. Sit here for 10 minutes clicking launch and accept...
