4k issues @RIOT

I've seen millions of threads about this other the past year but no red responses. There are bugs with playing league in 4K resolution. The right side of the new HUD is partially cut off so you can barely see the last digit of the game clock. Health bars are too small, especially for minions and monsters. I can't see the new patience timer at all. I know 4K gaming is a smaller community, but prices are dropping fast on 4K monitors and it won't be long before a large majority of people switch (I got mine for ~$500, you can get them as low as $370). From what I can see there has already been some improvement but it is still borderline unplayable.
