Level 1 at 40 Minutes

So I recently played a ranked game a Sivir and my internet was acting up. I restarted my router to try and get going again, and when I came back in game (with almost full build 40 minutes in) my character displayed as level 1. All my abilities were grayed out and I could not use them. We lost the game because I could not use my abilities. Here's a screenshot.
