A portion of my IP is taken from me every time I log into this client

I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this or talked about this, but I've began noticing this a lot. I remember exactly that I had 5175 yesterday, and it was a first win of the day so I remembered how much I had. The next day, poof, 100 gone. I'm getting tired of having my IP taken from me, that I spend hours in a day playing to buy some of the new champions. This is ridiculous. Has anyone else noticed this from logging in later?

I've had a bug since a few patches ago where it's the opposite, it always displays that I have about 200IP more than I actually have but the system never recognizes it as such, meaning, it may say that I have 6300 and if I attempt to buy a 6300 champ it says not enough IP, because I actually have 6100. That bug still persists to this patch.
