"Welcome to Preseason!" Message constantly appearing after games.

After playing matches, it will give me the "Welcome to Preseason! Check out the Runes" prompt. There's no option to disable this & it constantly appears after each & every match. Any Solutions? Posting in both Help/Support & Report Bug in hopes it gets seen & addressed.
