Wukong's Crushing Blow Removed by Silence / Generally Inconsistent [Gameplay]

Wukong's Q, Crushing Blow, seems generally inconsistent. It is an ability, but an auto-attack reset as well, so wonky things happen in different situations.

• I believe this is a new issue with this patch, but any time that Wukong gets silenced while his Crushing Blow (Q) is active, if he auto attacks while silenced, Crushing Blow is not applied (damage and armor reduction isnt applied) but the buff is removed and the spell goes on cooldown. I've had this happen with Garen Q and Soraka silence as well. I've already cast the spell, the silence shouldn't prevent me from using it while also putting it on cooldown.

• Additionally, If you activate Q to last hit a minion and it dies as you are swinging, you lose the Q buff despite not having hit anything with it.

• Finally, the Ravenous Hunter Rune which should heal on ability damage does not do so for Crushing Blow, even though it is an ability that does damage.
