Extremely high Ping

On a normal day, I sit around 39ms to 41ms. Now I'm jumping all the way up to past 999ms, just went into Training mode & was met with 1233ms. Everything else on my PC is fine, including other intensive games like Overwatch. I'm only having this problem with League & it's quite frustrating when you lose a ranked game over circumstances you can't control.

So far, I have done the following: -Ran Client Repair Tool -Restarted my Laptop twice -Ran a Ping Test on http://www.speedtest.net/

So far, no matter which champion I play. I'm still sitting at roughly 1000+ ms & it renders the game completely unplayable. I'll continue to check back here & there, but it looks like I'll have to take a short break from the fields of justice until this issue gets resolved. [zombie-nunu-bummed]
