Sivir spell shield

I was noticing when my friends and i were playing and one of us was playing sivir her spell shield would come up almost a second to late and in some cases to late, after her spell shield change a while ago i've been spell shielding at the split second before it hits, but lately it's not working anymore the spell shield comes up later then it should.
