Stuck on reconnect

I start a match, pick my champs and im stuck on the reconnect button when the match starts. I've done the full reinstall and repair, still stuck on it.. My Internet connection works fine otherwise i wouldnt be able to post this, I'm 100% certain this is a issue on Riot's side please fix this or help me fix this.
