I have these blue clock like circle on top right of my champions. What is it?

Blue clock on top right of Champion icons in profile.

I've had these blue clock like circles on all the champions in my profile in the tab "Champions", whether i played these champs or not. I posted on Reddit but it didn't got popular and in the few answers i got no one seemed know what it was. So I come here to post again as this is very strange, my friends have absolutely no idea what this is and no one i know has anything like this. Does anyone know anything about it? I would appreciate if a Rioter could see this and give me an answer as to what this is and why its there. It's not game breaking or anything but is unique in a way and i seem to be the only one having it. Anyone know anything?

I think those are the assets for newly purchased champions, that are still loading as the value isnt internally set that you own it. That's LITERALLY my best explanation

I think it's a beta testing in which it shows the amount of time you spent playing that champ...

Maybe it's supposed to be the mark showing that the champion is a temporary item when you unlock it from the chests in the future. I can imagine hovering the mouse over the clock showing how much time you still have the champion unlocked for (6d 13h 44s).

I think some assets from an upcoming feature made it into your client somehow. They're working on the champion mastery crafting, which let's you "rent" skins and such. But I didn't see anything about it renting out champions. Maybe that icon is to let you know which champions have rented items.

I think repairing your client would fix it.

Aparently it has been removed sometime today or yesterday, there was a update when i loged in today so that might be it, the imgur gallery has been updated to show it isn't there anymore, but as many said here it might come back in the future as some sort of new feature, thank you all for your answers ;)
