i cant connect to chat

it wont let me connect to chat even though i have repetedly hit reconnect and restarting the game i dont understand why since my internet is fine and i havent been banned to my knowledge and if i have how do i find out pls help me fix this

;-; chat wont connect nor will the chat in queue, tho this may be a problem for lots of people there is no change in league status website.
