[CLIENT] Public chat list bug?

I dunno if this is a bug or not, but since it might be...

In the chat rooms tab in the same window with the friends list and invites and such, there aren't any chat rooms listed under Public Chats, when I swear that there used to be.

Is this intentional, or is it actually just my client being wonky? Is there any way to fix it or add chats that I'd like to return to?
