Client extremely buggy after region transfer

After transferring to EUW and logging back in, I checked my in-client profile and noticed that many parts of it are bugged and corrupted with some tabs not showing at all, such as the Champions tab. My friends list is also badly glitched.

I've tried repairing my client, uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times (even made sure the whole folder was gone), and I even tried transferring back to NA, but nothing fixed the problem.

Can a Red please help me with this?

I tranfered recently and had the same problem. I have advanced system care and ran a scan on it, it found some problems on my laptop and fixed the issues, after that the ingame client was fixed. Hope it works for you the way it worked for me.
