Lucian passive bug

So, I was playing against a Zyra in the warzone commonly known as the botlane. So Zyra would spawn a plant and when I would use an ability and try and double shot a plant, instead of hitting the plant with a second bullet, (even if the first didn't execute the plant) it would hit a different target, or it would show the second shot animation but not register. (I don't exactly know if this is relevant so I'll just include it) I Had on Project Lucian, and Zyra did not have a skin equipped.
