Animations are meant to be shown, why else make them. Except if you're a Riot employee who was told specifically to make garbage animations and then hide them away. Then you're just doing your job.
Fix thresh animations otherwise you're just perpetrating a bad name for yourself.

Taking a few notes from the makers of Souls games I suppose. Souls games often have hidden but interesting stuff being left in the game that often can not be obtained normally without data-mining or through the use of cheats, but they're just there. Those stuff can include hidden or alternative lines in a scene (recorded voice over too), hidden animations, hidden subplots, abandoned developments and artifacts from half finished projects, and unique character faces for almost every human NPC even if the vast majority of them wear headgears/helmets or masks etc.
Why are they there even if nobody can see them? Who the hell knows.
But Riot is learning!
