Yasuo disappears during ult animation

Multiple times during my last game, Yas would ult and just disappear, but my teammates and I would still be in the air and take damage. After his ult animation ended, he would just reappear out of nowhere and zoom away like the little wind princess he is

This didn't last the whole game; towards the end I was able to actually see him during the animation.
