s+ nexus blits no mastery token (loot)
braum level 6 and got s+ on blits. how come no mastery token? i have received chests for other ppl.

You can only get mastery tokens from summoner's rift games [zombie-brand-facepalm]
Only chests can be gotten from any pvp mode. You must play a summoners rift draft/ranked in order to get tokens.
