[Client] Summoner Spell Icons Not Displaying in Team Builder Matchmaking

This has happened two days in a row, and I have logged in and out of the client between the two days.

1. Accept request to join team builder group.
2. Do not see my Summoner Spell Icons, nor those of people in my group.
3. Friends see their summoner spell icons and my summoner spells

Have attached a picture of what this looks like.

This has happened sporadically before, with summoner spell icons in client, and after game with items purchased. Just Summoner Spell Icons right now.

Edit: Client is all jacked up. Everything is black, all the time in group. Waiting in queue, in group before game, and after game client.
