Fiora Ult Question: Is her Ult Immune to Cass & Sejuani CC Ults Before Becoming Untargetable?
Fact: Once Fiora begins her ultimate, she becomes untargetable. Fact: Fiora's ultimate apparently has two cast animations, the first when you hit R, and then when she actually becomes untargetable, which I looked up after my game.
I just played a game as Cassiopeia, with a friend as Sejuani. Fiora was on the other team. Sejuani could clearly see she was about to ult so he ulted her, and she become a block of ice, and then continued on her through her ult animation as a block of ice through the duration and completely negated the stun. As Cassiopeia, I had two times where I could see Fiora approaching and cast my ult on her, and turned her to stone. *After *she turned stone, she ulted me as Stone Fiora, clearly showing that I had gotten the stun off before she become untargetable, as did Sejuani. This happened three time where she was hit by hard CC ultimate abilities before going untargetable (which can clearly be seen by the animations of her being ice and stone throughout her ult). By the time her ult ended, the CC had worn off and she was free to move around. Just to be clear, the CC was not delayed in any way. She was in the CC animations during the ult, and ran away after her ult was over.
My question is: One she casts her ultimate, is she immune/invincible to this kind of CC before becoming untargetable? Or is this a bug? Like I said, this is not a simple stun, but CC ult that changed animations and her animations were changed to fit the CC (ice block or stone), which were completely negated and did not take effect after her ult. I understand that other projectile stuns hit after her ult finishes, but these did not. I am just wondering if it would be a bug (should they hit after the ult, should they stop the ult since she isn't untargetable yet) or is it intended that she turn to ice and stone to complete her ult?
Thanks for your help. Just confused on this is all. Since they are hard CC ultimate abilities, I'd at least assume it would hit afterwards but maybe someone will prove me wrong! :)
