Taric W, Lulu E, and Syndra Ultimate Causes Screen Stutter

So, the Syndra ult making the screen stutter has been known for years now, however I don't think anyone has ever said anything about Lulu's Pix attack animation when placed on an ally, or Taric's W now that he's been reworked. These cause my screen to almost hiccup, stuttering every second and getting really choppy. Usually, I've ignored this, but Taric's W will always cause this for me when I'm paired to an ally (which is almost always). I play on a good computer and I know that other people have at least had the problem with Syndra. I was just curious as to whether anyone else has noticed this and/or if there was any way to fix it.
