A small list of things I noticed.

First of all let me say that some of these are bugs and the others are just quality of life game play changes.

Minion to get back to lane: In this instance, imagine you are at your own fountain and you are a top laner going back to top lane after your first back. You right click on an enemy minion to get back to your lane. Your character routes himself/herself to the desired location with an "Attack" command issued, but if the minion were to die, your character stops immediately at their current location.

What I would like to happen is that your character routes to the death location of the minion.

This game play mechanic is just a bit annoying, due to the fact that me issuing an attack command on the minion is purely accidental. Most times I scan the map with my camera and am almost never looking at my character. Before people start saying "you should always look at your character" let me clarify that I take the camera away from my character when I am 100% confident that I am safe. (i.e. walking back to lane under towers) Its just awkward as hell when you bring your camera back to find your character sitting aimlessly in front of your inhibitor turret. This mistake costs me 3-4 cs and xp.

Darius's E: Has a very awkward delay-mechanic. Champions who have flashed or otherwise used a fast moving dashes are still being grabbed by Darius, when they are clearly out of its range. This has not happen to me yet, but I have been seeing quite a bit of this in the games I play. ( At least once every Darius game) Its very similar to how a Garen ulti follows someone after they flash.

Kalista Continues with her auto attack to a dead tower: I know Kalista doesn't/can't auto attack cancel, but Kalista finishes her full auto attack animation on structures that have recently died, say, a solid 1 second after a tower is dead. As more BT rushes increase in popularity, this bug will see an increase of impact on game play.

Irelia Q doesn't kill a minion but still refunds mana and cd: Using other abilities if Irelia kills a unit within ~.5 seconds of Q-ing a target, the mana cost and cd is refunded.

Ezreal does not appear in chat (Ezreal): Random Guy1(Teemo): Swag Random Guy2(Fizz): Swag Clix(): Swag

Maokai W goes over CC: I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, if its an intended game mechanic I'm sorry. Disrupts and other various CC does not cancel Mao's W or damage him. A good example of this is when Sion is charging his Q, if you time it right you can travel to him without getting CC-ed or damaged. (And yes Sion lands the Q while you are in motion)

Azir can put soldiers in walls and attack with them: Azir can put soldiers in walls and issue commands with them. Example would be wall behind baron/dragon pit.

**Azi'sr Ulti can push people over certain walls ( big walls ): ** When Azir's ulti is used against person who is then pressed up against a wall, they are sometimes pushed over the wall ( depending on its thickness) This is a fine mechanic but there is certain areas this is game breaking. If Azir R's in ANY direction in the baron/dragon pit and the target is pressed against a wall, they will go over it. Biggest one being North wall of baron and South Wall of Dragon, the champions being pushed will go to Tri-brush, which is a HUGE disengage. It leaves junglers out of range of smite and mages/adc/tanks out of position.

**If I said something that was incorrect or came off as if I'm venting out my frustrations, I'm not. I'm simply trying to improve the game environment. Except the first one, that one I'm really salty about. **
